Notes: This piece was written for the Ensemble Musikfabrik at the same time I was first moving to New York. I wrote most of it in the airplanes going from Istanbul to London and then to New York. When the piece was done and I was searching for a title, suddenly all these harmonic glissandos that dominate most of the piece became synonymous with the skyscrapers that surrounded me. I named it PEAK after the city of unending peaks.
